Opportunity for Engineering Majors - MARC Program

The MARC program offers benefits that include:

-Year-round research experience
-One-on-one mentoring by a faculty researcher

To qualify for the MARC program, a student must:

-Desire to pursue a Ph.D.
-Full-time student at UTSA
-Junior or senior by Summer 2008
-Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer
Science major
-Minimum GPA of 3.0
-At least one year remaining prior to graduation
-Have not previously completed a Bachelor's degree
-American citizen or permanent resident
-Applied for and receive financial aid
-Preference is given to students considered disadvantaged or
underrepresented in the sciences

Hello MAES Buddies, MAES UTSA is proud to announce that we will be participating in developing a FIRST LEGO League Robotics Competition Team. We will be working with Dellview Elementary School, more information to come.
